Whew! Part 3 took much longer than I anticipated. There were many names that I didn’t write… but still has a warm feeling when I think about them. The ones that I did write about was pretty much the “old timers”. There has been many new comers to the blog in recent weeks but I have been so busy with work that I have not been as sociable as I would have like to be. Therefore, some of them, I have never even say “Hi” to. Regrettable but I am trying to come to terms with the ending of this fantastic show and maybe one way is to try to pull myself and step back a little so the depression would not hit me so hard.
$1 blog has been a daily visit for the last 5 months or so and now with the ending of OP drawing closer by the day, the sadness creeps in every so often. With only 25 shows left, I am learning and trying to deal with the eventual letdown after the finale. I keep telling myself to enjoy every minute of what is left. Easier said than done. On Saturday, the last scene was filmed and the cast and crew had their “celebration” dinner… some of the girls on the blog went to visit the shoot. They posted pictures and videos, sharing their experience with those who were not able to make it there. (The generosity of these fans were amazing.) In a way, that Saturday was the first step of final act… The news of a possible sitcom starring the same two leads were met with such delight. Hopefully, $1 is also part of this team, I am crossing my fingers and praying that the “sequel” will continue to have this type of success.
