Criminal Minds Quotes

One of the reasons why I like this series so much is because some of the great quotes.  Here are a few.

“Ideologies separates us. Dreams and anguish brings us together.” Quote by Eugene Ionesco.

"Almost all absurdity of conduct arises from the imitation of those who we cannot resemble." Quote by Samuel Johnson.

Sir Francis Bacon said, "In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present."

The author François de la Rochefoucauld wrote, "We are so accustomed to disguise ourselves to others that in the end we become disguised to ourselves."

It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone." Rose Kennedy.

Theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer said "The test of the morality of a society is what it does for its children."

Plato wrote "We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."

It’s too bad that it seems like channel USA and TNT is broadcasting the same shows… I’m starting to watch repeats.  Well, at least it’s the first two seasons because I really like Jason Gideons character.

  1. Among all of these quote, Rose Kennedy's quote is the one most memorable to me. :)

Yes. Matriarch of the Kennedy clan, almost outlived all her children... so sad.

The first quote by Eugene Ionesco just brings back memories of 911 so vividly. :)
