Your smile and laughter…

… is the first things that come to my mind when I think of you, Ronnie.  When I heard the news Friday night, needless to say, I was dumb founded and desperately trying to gather enough wits to try to find out more of what happened.  I searched the up to the minute news on TV and online but they did not officially released your name.  When I finally got the second call from Greg at midnight that James had confirmed with Jim that it was you…all I could think of is your smile and laughter.  How I won’t be able to ever hear it again.

It’s been seven years since we first met.   Your long shaggy hair and bright smile… remember the night , years ago, hat I was at the yard and you came in from a Canyon trip?  We were standing there counting your tips and laughing about something frivolous.  You are way too young to have been taken from those you have touched.

Today, when we had our meeting, Brendo told us how you had just enough in you after your heart attach or seizure to go off the road and come to an embankment before collapsing.  Your skill, bravery, and courage saved 54 lives.  Now, your lasting impression on your fellow drivers and myself is how you were an angel before you became one for real.  Ronnie, rest in peace and I hope you fill heaven with your laughter as you have done on earth.  Love you and will miss you always.
